Resmed 11-connection problems

Post by adin67 » Mon May 15, 2023 2:14 am

Hello, a few days ago I switched to resmed autoset 11 (from 10) and I'm encountering some problems. I like how it works, but I would like to connect it via bluetooth to the myAir application on Android and I can't, maybe I'm doing something wrong. It shows me that it connects via bluetooth through a code, after which I get a message that it cannot connect, I have the latest version of the application installed on android13, so everything is up to date. I registered the device in the application including serial and device number but in vain, so I don't know what else to do. I'm located in Europe, and I bought the device from a website dedicated to cpap for Europe.
The device is equipped with a vodafone modem for an operator in the area where I live, but it doesn't show me the dashes in the upper right corner, as if it were disabled.
Maybe you can help me :|
