I returned 2 Cpap machines to Phillips due to the recall. Both original devices had the preheat feature and "AUTO OFF". Has anyone found a method that they can share with me on how to activate these features on my replacement Phillips Respironics machines?
If I manually turn off my CPAP, the 15 minut` ramp feature starts again. If I leave it on, the water in the tank evaporates more quickly.

Not exactly sure what you are trying to accomplish. In any case, you can find instructions on entering the Clinical menu and changing settings here - https://www.apneaboard.com/dreamstation ... structions
Please comment again if you don't find what you want.

Auto off *used* to be accessible via the clinical menu.
Now, it's not. It can only be accessed through Philips Care Orchestrator software, which only medical practitioners have access to.
So basically you need to pay someone to turn it off or on.
Why people keep buying Phillips is beyond me.

- For years, Philips therapy was poor (compared to ResMed). People kept buying Philips.
- Philips rushed out their cheap DreamStation 2, poor reviews, plastic tabs that break, water that easily backups into the machine, same shitty algorithm. People kept buying Philips.
- Three words, Philips Cancer Foam, need I say more. People kept buying Philips.
- How they handled the recall of the Cancer Foam machines. People kept buying Philips.
- Deliberately encrypted their data, preventing third party software (OSCAR) from using it. People kept buying Philips.
- Crippled their Clinical Menu by moving some of the basic functionality to subscribers of Care Orchestrator. People kept buying Philips.
