CPAP machines for sale

Does anyone know of a place or website to sell used cpap machines? There has to be a market for this. I just got a new one and my old one still works great.

Linda, if it's financially feasible, I'd keep the old machine that still works. I used my new machine about 9 months, but it had gotten so noisy I finally returned to my old one and was thankful I had kept it.
