OK... so here's my therapy so far.
- My AHI flat out nosedived (nosedove?) when I rolled on my side instead of on my back.
- It dropped further when I started using a new, firmer bed pillow that I didn't sink into.
- I had ZERO incidents, though, the night after a big 4th of July party when I'd been fed vodka lemonades (alright, I wasn't *really* forced).
I know drinking is kind of a no-no. But if I have 6 drinks a month, that's a wild party-month for me! I just found it interesting that it was the only night of my 21 so far that I drank at all, and the only night I dropped to zero obstructive apneas.
But, the rolling on the side and the new pillow were absolutely concrete actions with positive results.

I like the way you're keeping track of the nights. Pretty cool, and easy to follow.

I have also found that if I have a few drinks my AHI is low. I guess its a sedative isnt it.

I sometimes sleep on my side, and take an extra "body" pillow, grab it between my knees, and hug it with my arms. It really seems to help me stay in the right position.
I don't even CPAP when I do this, but I only do it for an hour or two. My back hurts when I'm not sleeping in my recliner.
