Since I just started using a CPAP in May of this year, I do not have anything that I could give to you. As a new user, and knowing the incredible cost, I have already worried about what I would do if mine gave up. I hope you find something soon.

Maybe check Craigslist in your area for one at an affordable price. I think most of us are using our machines - sorry. That's a bad spot to be in. Do you have insurance? Maybe they can help you get it fixed or replaced?

Hope this helps,

Did you get you machine through a DME? Most will offer a loaner if you need to get your machine repaired. Also, if you have insurance, you should be able to get it replaced if it is considered too old to repair.

Did you check to see if your bipap is still under warranty?

Chantilly... This originally came from Pugsy. Thought it might help.

Any online store is going to require a RX...doesn't have to be a new RX but they will require a RX.
Secondwindcpap.com has some gently used cpap machines and I know lots of people who have bought from them but they require a RX.
Forum member mcdover has some gently used cpap machines. You might contact him. He's a stand up guy. I have bought from him in the past on more than one occasion.
I know he has some used machines but I don't know which ones or what the price is. Just send him a PM. He might also have some very gently used masks that he might sell real cheap.

Forum member STLMark sometimes has new zero hour machines...complete package for around $400 but I don't think he has anything right now.
Without a RX to provide to an online seller you are pretty much limited to the secondary market...like craigslist or one of the forum members here.

Hi, I am a bit curious if you are looking for an auto cpap like is specified in your profile or a bipap? I do have a zero hour DS560 with heated humidifier and without heated hose upgrade installed that I would be willing to mark down for you some if you needed one of those. But it is not a bipap...

You mentioned your system one machines failing on you? What is happening? Are they defective or being pulled off the nightstand and dieing?

What about the power company? If the surge was thier fault they should give you compensation

Do you get your equipment from a DME?

Could they possibly give you a loaner machine until you can get your machine repaired or replaced?

I am curious, are you using any type of surge protection for your Bipap? I would think that a good quality surge protector can prevent this sort of thing from happening in the future.

How would the power company be responsible for a power surge if they did not create the surge? Most power surges are caused by nearby lightning strikes. Those are acts of god; not the power company.

If you got your machines thru Craigslist why can't your insurance company get you a new machine? You said you need a bi pap but your signature says something else is being used. I am confused......
