Remstar 'M' series noise level

Does anyone know if the smaller size m series runs with more noise than the full size Remstars? It seems like the smaller footprint would have less insulation than the previous models.

Mine is kind of loud, but its blowing at 15cmh2o.
cflex at 3 do there is a constant sound level change.

Got a loan of resmed apap from dme to check on titration and wife says its much quieter.

My recent sleep study shown more centrals then obstructive but pap corrected them.
