My first 6 hours of sleep have almost no events every night, then the last 1 to 2 hours there is a varying level of central apneas from 10 or so to dozens.
I have tried all sorts of different fixed pressures and ranges and don't see much of a change.
Currently using resmed air sense 11 with EPR set to one
I live at about 6,000 ft elevation
nasal pillows with mouth taped shut
Oscar reports have been attached to the post.

Please provide the graphs mentioned above.
Not...mask pressure or minute vent graphs.
These graphs
Events
Flow rate
Pressure (not mask pressure)
Leak
Flow Limitations
See this thread for some ideas about those centrals....I bet you weren't sound asleep
viewtopic.php?f=1&t=187767&p=1451526#p1451526
Bear in mind that if the centrals are not caused by pressure then changing pressure is unlikely to make any difference.

Re: Central Apneas - Last hour of sleep
Much better....thank you for the extra work.
Do you remember being awake or half awake during the time frame where you see the little clustering of centrals?
I would bet my last dollar that the bulk of those centrals are post arousal centrals being flagged and you weren't asleep when they got flagged.
If centrals were the real deal and related to cpap in some way you should see them all night and not that last hour or so.
