I've been using this machine for a little over 3 months now and have been feeling worse at times. I'm using a flat pillow and, at one point, had used a cervical collar to make sure this wasn't a positional issue. I stopped using that because there wasn't much of a change in sleep quality. I also live in a very dry climate if that changes anything.
This is what the usual night has been looking like. On occasion, I'll have an AHI score of around 8, but that's as bad as it's gotten for the most part.

I'm not sure if the CA events are from being awake and not realizing it. Also, I rarely drink, but on the nights that I do have a drink (usually 4-5 hours before bed) I notice my CA events are reduced.
Recently, I've had to stop taking a medication (low dose trazadone) I was taking because of personal reasons I won't get into. This is what those nights have been looking like.

I know a lot of the events here are because I'm spending more time awake and trying to get back to sleep, but I figured it would help to include this.
I'm not sure if I could technically be getting “treatment emergent central apneas” after all this time, but if that looks like a possibility, I'll just keep pushing. Feel free to ask for anymore screenshots/info if that helps. I'm thinking about getting another sleep study if this looks at all concerning.
