Santa isn't an alien? Do any Eatthlings have the technology to visit every home in only 24 hours? Or to squeeze down nonexistent chimneys?

Ha! Next I suppose you'll tell me that the Easter Bunny isn't real either!

Do you think that those fierce OAs on my graph are real?

We had something similar happen with our S9 a few weeks ago, I started a thread about it. Didn't look exactly like your data but it happened often enough that we called in an electrician and he found a faulty wall socket with a partially broken wire inside. Installed a new outlet and all is well. We also bought a new surge protector/USB.

Aliens made me only exhale last night. Notice all flow is strongly negative (out of me)...

This is a Sleepyhead problem that I've never seen before. I looked at the data in our software and it is OK.

Dad burn A-ree-ins!

If the milk and cookies don't work, I suggest you amp it up to hot wings and a cold draft beer.

I think the best protection is going to sleep listening to Slim Whitman's "Indian Love Call".

Wow, Max. Extreme measures are needed. Too bad the forum doen't have sound. We could hear you do a rendition of the Indian Love Call.

. . . On second thought . . . sound would have too many other consequences.

Thanks Dori for the advice on one more thing to try. And I'll look for your thread. So far no one seems to be suggesting a problem with the machine itself. Has anyone ever had to return one for malfunction?

I will say it.
If the problem persists (comes back again) and it is so readily apparent in both software programs then contact your supplier.
Or heck, alert them now.
There have been rare instances of the machines (both brands) not writing the data to the SD cards as they should.
Replaced under warranty.
You can of course investigate the electrical side of it as a possibility and that is always a good idea anyway.

Thanks Pugsy. I guess I needed this encouragement to contact the DME. I'm not fond of having interactions with them and am also anticipating push back when I tell them that I know about this problem because I'm using ResScan and Sleepyhead. Plus, now it has been more than a week since the events and so it will be gone from the machine data.

So, I need to buck up. This is part of being my own advocate for my health care!

It could have been a fluke. If it happens again you know it won't be.
You can print off your ResScan reports. If they squawk about your having the software just laugh and tell them you can find just about anything on the internet. They may not like it but hey...they can just get over it. They can't ignore ResScan reports. They likely would pooh pooh off SleepyHead reports by themselves but they could be used to backup ResScan reports.

I wish I had seen your thread earlier...what you could have done so that those nights with absent data that will of course be written over on the SD card after 7 nights wouldn't be lost...you could have made a copy of that SD card data and it would work with their ResScan software as long as it is an exact copy. Don't add anything or move anything around. You can copy the contents to a blank SD card (any generic SD card will work) and have a backup of the problematic nights. You still have ResScan though and they can't ignore it. This absence of usage also affects any compliance hours of usage for insurance needs if they happen very often.
