messages on my cpap machines screen
I am getting a message on my bipap machine that says high pressure then the machine emits two short beeping sounds then it happens again but this time it says the same message and it emits a longer beeping sound I am concerned that my machine is not working properly does anyone know why I am getting this message
Re: messages on my cpap machines screen
For some models of Respironics CPAP machines, the following is the explanation of a "High Pressure" error message.
Please post which model you have.
High Pressure High • • • • • Red flashing button; “High Pressure” Operates;
If the alarm continues for 10 seconds, the alarm escalates to a Device Inoperative alarm
This may be caused by a malfunctioning device. Press the Alarm Silence/Indicator button to silence the alarm. Remove your mask Remove power from the device. Restore power. If the alarm continues, contact your home care provider for service.

Re: messages on my cpap machines screen
I am using the PR system one auto advanced SV bipap machine
Re: messages on my cpap machines screen
The ASV machines have more alarms than the other machines.
May I suggest that you change your subject wording to Messages on my ASV machine screen. Omit the CPAP reference and insert ASV instead and that way you will better get the attention of the ASV users here.

Re: messages on my cpap machines screen
The error message text I posted is for the ASV 960P machine from Respironics so it applies to your machine.
