Resmed Airsense 10 not sending information to App

I have had my AirSense 10 for about 5 years and it has worked like a charm.

For whatever reason, it has stopped sending information to the cell phone app for several days. I have tried unplugging and re-plugging the power and it does no good. The machine functions, just does not provide data to the cell phone or computer application.

Any suggestions?

The site was down for maintenance for a couple of days. I got my stats a couple of hours ago for Friday and Saturday night. That said, I prefer looking at my stats on the machine since there is more info.

It must be down because my ResMed machine has not synced to myAir since Thursday now.

Does anyone know how to improve the cellular reception of these? My new machine has a T-Mobile cellular transmitter in it and only gets 1 bar inside my house no matter where I put it.

This is at least one more reason to skip MyAir, and go directly to Oscar--
Or check the report each morning on the screen.
Just set "essentials" to PLUS, and you're all set.
Too much connectivity leaves us open to online mischief.

I had a similar problem a few days ago. Res Med Sleep Coach asked me to check the settings on CPAP to verify the network provider being shown on the settings. The network being shown (Airtel India) was different from the network Res Med uses (Vodafone IN). They just asked me to move the CPAP to a different room and Voilà! CPAP was able to connect to Vodafone and the problem was solved. That's what I have been doing since then. I keep the CPAP in a different room every morning and keep it plugged in for 15-20 minutes.

I suppose mobile phone/internet network regimes are different in different countries. But it may be worth a try.

After 5 years with the OP's machine, a problem may have developed.
My old machine was still working, but screen data was not always shown.
Still usable, but replacement was allowed--so phhhht! Goodby!
