I have been reading this board for a while, and almost all questions
are answered before I ask.
I have a Remstar Plus and have been upgraded to an auto. I must
remove the humidifer, but can't figure out how to do it.
Thanks
Removal of Remstar Plus Humidifier
If you are referring to the older Classic version, just slide the humidifier forward off the plate.

It is easy..
I just upgraded my M series plus to the M series Pro... did this today.
You simply "pull" upward on the main module from the bottom in the front.
The front of the unit extends beyond the humidifier base providing an area to hold on to. Grasp the front of the main unit while holding down the humidifier..
Just lift up and then once it is disconnected from the bottom ...pull towards you as you lift it off the humidifer base...
It has this info in the humidifier manual if you have it...
Hope this helps.

And if that doesn't work comfortably for you, just remove the tank so there's no risk of getting water into the machine itself and take the full unit, machine and humidifier, in to the DME and let them show you to how remove and attach the humidifier on your new Auto.
