AirFit f30i noise

Post by snorenomore2016 » Tue Sep 12, 2023 7:08 pm

I am trying to switch to the above mask from a nasal mask but find it very noisy. Especially when I inhale. It doesn’t seem to be leaking anywhere. the air tubing is very close to my ears and wonder if it’s the sound of air rushing through the tubing. It’s too noisy for me unless I’m doing something wrong or maybe it’s a design flaw? Or maybe FF masks are much noiser than nasal masks.

Any help would be welcome!

That's exactly where the noise is coming from...the air tube next to your ears.

It's why I sleep with earplugs.

It's the type of mask with tubing touching you cheekbones. Some people find those very noisy.

The regular F30, is very silent.
