My Cpap machine quit
My Cpap machine quit
My Cpap machine quit. I found I had been using bottled drinking water for the last 4 nights in it. Also, 3 nights ago I got tangled i. The hose and pulled it off the stand. I picked it up right away and it worked for 2 nights then quit last night. What can i do?

Did you unplug it, wait a few seconds and plug it in again? - Captain Obvious

1. Did it get wet from the humidifier tank when you dropped it?
2. BTW, bottled water will not damage the machine. It might leave some mineral deposits in the humidifier tank. These can be removed with a dilute solution of vinegar or lemon juice.

Did you get it from your insurance company? Maybe you can call them and explain to them what happened and see what they say. Looks like you damaged it.
Sounds like you are an "active" sleeper. I am the same way. Long term, I can see there two solutions:
- get a hose hanger, and secure the hose firmly to the hanger. When you get active at night, you'll be yankin' on the hose... not the machine. Mind you, may need a few spare hoses, but they are cheaper than having to get a new machine.
- get a cpap end table. Mine has a shelf, that the machine sits on, and the hose comes out the back of the end table. If I start my yanking at night, it will pull the machine to the back of the cabinet. If you pm me, I'll send you a photo of the cabinet.
Cpap therapy can be expensive.

Agreeing with the above, and adding:
Is the machine side of the power supply firmly plugged into the machine?
It the electric cable firmly plugged into the power supply?
