Before I realized I could change the settings myself, I got a doctors script, then faxed it to my dealer. They told me it would take about 3 business days for them to reset it. What a joke.....

My wife just started PAP last Christmas. Thankfully I have been on the hose for 14 years, and trained by Pugsy and Robysue.
I have had to train the RTs at Crapria every step of the way. They brought out an Airsense 10 when we ordered the Airsense 11.
I insisted on a mask with hose connection at the top of the head Resmed P30i. They brought out a P20.
They would NOT supply an SD card, said it was not necessary. Had to fight for the heated hose etc etc.
