Well look at you! This is such good news. The charts look great, but the key datum is subjective: you're feeling a lot better during the day.

Just a quick update. I'm still doing good. Arousals are still there but I'm beginning to realize that might just be me and it doesn't bother me as much because I still feel pretty good during the day. I naturally wake up at 4:30 or 5 and just get up. That has helped tremendously with the depression because it eliminates laying there for hours hating that I can't fall asleep. I also enjoy having more time to do things I enjoy during the day. Thanks to all of you for your help. I'm getting there!

I'm still doing okay! I wish I could sleep for just one more hour in the morning but that's alright.

I was wondering if anyone knows of a good place to buy just headgear? I saw deals on Amazon, I just don't want to pay a ton. The insurance messed up and sent me the wrong mask replacement and now won't let me return it so I'm not eligible for new headgear till March. I've been using my current headgear since June and the velcro is staring to wear out. Any recommendations would be awesome. Thanks!

I just googled, and Amazon has the headgear for $19.70. Might be your best option.

We turn the clocks back in a few weeks. that will rearrange your sleep patterns a bit (which are keyed into the light cycle more than anything.)

Expect a slight change in the next few weeks because of it.

Also, that night, expect to have bad useless data. It causes all the readings to be wonky. (well, for a lot of folks anyway that have to turn clocks back)

I haven't been here in a bit but so glad to see you stuck with it, are doing better, and are feeling the benefits of treatment. WELL DONE!
