So had a home sleep test from a doctor which came back with a surprise of 29.7 ahi, never had any symptoms, that comes with apnea, excersize and at 62 in what i think is in good shape. No daytime tiredness, no foggy memory only lack of continuous sleep
So.9 days into cpap use went from 21.7 day 1, 4hr sleep to day 9 ,8.2 ahi,
Question 1 how long before I see 5 and under,on dreamstation 2auto,
Csa in 9 days average around 4.7
Osa average around 10

are these averages a per hour average or overall over the entire night numbers?

Are you sleeping soundly for the post part or are you experiencing multiple wake ups?

These are average numbers for last 9 days
Multiple wake ups
But if it can correct if my Hypopneas are 40 per night, csa are always 1/2 of count of Hypopneas
