Resmed AirSense 10 AutoSet vs AirSense 11 AutoSet Software/Algorithm

I was wondering if the AirSense 11 AutoSet uses the same software/algorithms as the older AS 10 AutoSet?

I believe no changes in the algorithm has been changed.

Thanks for the reply. I love my AirSense 10, but was just wondering if the 11 had newer/revised software. Thx again!

I didn't read them so dunno if they address your specific question.

ResMed doesn't share this kind of information, but the general consensus is they use the same algorithm. Perhaps there have been some minor tweaks, but nothing that has presented itself in the thousands of graphs posted by Air10/11 users.

The last publicly (as in ResMed) documented change in the algorithm was when ResMed discontinued the S8 model line and came out with the S9 model line. S8 algorithm was different from the S9 algorithm and ResMed told us this was happening.
For the subsequent AirSense 10 and AirSense 11 model lines there was no such mention as to any algorithm changes.
Mainly the differences were minor or cosmetic.

So....new algorithm with the S9 model line (and subsequent) but no other change to how the algorithm works or doesn't work.
