My graph - Can you all please look at? Thx

Hi,

It's me again. Well, I did the best I could with Oscar and I still don't understand how to see from 8:30pm-8:30am for Saturday, May 15th, No matter what I do and how many hours I spend in there, I can't get it to show the hour by hour view and can't get it to show the beginning and end time. I've given up trying with the graph, it's too much.

So I attached the chart which shows 1/2 hour increments starting from 21:00 to 7:30.

Can I change my APAP machine to show the actual time and not military time?

Does the chart show anything you all can work with?

I spoke to my doctor today and he wants me to see the RT, but it's like who is going to fix the issues I am having with sleep. Doc said he looked at the ResMed results they get in their office from my machine and it looks pretty good. How can it look good when I'm not sleeping? I'm beyond frustrated and overwhelmed. I maybe slept 2 hours last night. If anyone at all can tell me what you see on this graph, that would be great. When they looked at the pressure, I am going up to a 9. When I look at the graph, I don't see that at all.

Dori - where are the colorful stuff all down the right side? What was your AHI?

And you need to bump your min. pressure at least a couple of notches higher.

Hi Julie,

I don’t know what you mean by colorful stuff on the side. Can you please clarify? My AHI was 1.57.

I did increase the minimum pressure to a 7. Did you mean to increase it higher?

Yes, try it at 8 for 1-2 nights and see how you feel. But look at the other Oscar stuff people showed you... there's a whole column of info down the rt side of the graph 'box' and it's many colors - the colors don't matter as such of course, but are very distinctive, one liners mostly of diff. stuff.

Just wish (again) you'd put this whole thread following your orig. one re 'overwhelming' so we can follow the sequence of things and not have to chase around trying to make sense of it... but never mind for now, not crucial.

NO, that's NOT the point - don't delete anything (Pugsy will only if something violates rules, and this does not by a long shot!
List the steps you're doing to create a 'proper' Oscar thing... you actually did it the other day, though graphs were not 'right'. Just one day and step at a time or you will make yourself nuts.

looking good! yes, bump your minimum up to 8 tonight, then post the results here IN THIS THREAD tomorrow.

this is not something that is going to be fixed overnight. it's going to be a slow go until we find just the right pressure for you.

hang in there. this is going to get better.

OMG - it's great! You DID it! Wow, I kinda wasn't sure if you'd get there, but it's beautiful

Now just wait for the experts to take a look - but it looks OK to me - nothing way out of line...

To me this graph looks horrible. With a lot of apnea’s and OSA. Maybe I’m not understanding this at all.

I’m feeling horrible. Sleep deprived. I’m not sleeping well, wake up throughout the night when I am asleep. I don’t know if I’m in REM sleep but I do have some dreams, then I wake up. It’s all thru the night. Fall asleep, wake up, trouble falling asleep and staying asleep. It’s so bad I’m missing hours of work.

Something has to be wrong. Thanks for responding and asking how I am.

You have omitted needed/useful graphs and included graphs that don't help much. See above for optimal graph formatting.

Do you take any medications of any kind? If so, what?

How many hours of sleep are you getting on average?

Any other physical or mental health issues going on that might impact sleep or how you feel?

Leaks.....the worst it was on this latest report was a little over 14 L/min. Well within the machine's ability to compensate for leaks.
Are the leaks waking you up????

I don't see anything on this last report that might explain your unwanted symptoms.

So weird cuz I followed Oscar’s manual instructions on exactly what to put in the graph. No meds, no mh issues. Something is waking me up throughout the night. I guess I’ll wait to see my sleep doctor. When I looked at it on my computer, I saw a lot of events during the night.
