Best device for continuous O2 and BPM monitoring
Best device for continuous O2 and BPM monitoring
Decade-long papper here, I've just been diagnosed with a heart condition that has prompted me to start looking into devices that can be used during sleep and during exercise for continuous O2 and HR monitoring. I bought the Apple Watch 8 but can now see that blood oxygen and HR are measured at intervals and not continuously. I have an iPhone so would love something that can work with it. I don't need it to integrate with Oscar. Suggestions? And hi to all you other ol' timers!

I like the Emay80 product, it produces a second-by-second HR and O2 to my phone that is plotted and the raw data is able to be exported - and it only cost about 40 dollars.
However, it is a finger mounted probe, rather than a watch or ring.
