Overseas Travel

I’m a new Resmed AirSense10 user and will be traveling overseas on vacation. I will have internet connection at the houses I’m staying at. Does anyone know if the CPAP will continue to record my nightly usage history successfully?

The CPAP machine doesn't use wifi & the internet to upload usage data - it uses a cell phone connection (built-in cell modem). These usually will not work in a different country (I'm guessing you're starting off in the US). However, it will continue to store data on an SD card inside (if you have one installed) that can be used by OSCAR (if you do that). The machine will also remember the basic data and will upload it across the cell connection once you return back home - so nothing will be lost.
