Re: Mask Recommendations
Hi I am an open mouth sleeper as well as nose. They put me in the F20. It's either too tight, to loose and it gives me severe dry mouth and headache. I am going back in on Wednesday for a new fitting. What do you all like? He mentioned another full mask Phillips maybe but gosh I can't handle the fu...

Re: Dialing in comfort with humidity and heater hose?
I just leave mine on auto and the machine seems to get it right. It takes about 8.5 hrs until it runs out of distilled water. I'll add that I did start out with a standard non heated hose and it seemed like there was no happy medium. It was either rainout or the sierra desert.

Exactly what I'm doing, just seeing if I can improve my situation any and learning about all the options available.chunkyfrog wrote: ↑Tue Dec 28, 2021 4:40 pmUnless it creates more problems, less mask means more comfy.

Re: Deviated septum, trouble finding perfect humidity and tube temp.

Septoplasty requires carefully lifting up the inner lining of the nose ...

Re: n30i vs f30i
While I'm awake I don't breathe thru my mouth with the f30i. Might after I fall asleep like I was before the machine. But my wife says I don't snore anymore so maybe I'm not. I was just trying out (in my mind) the less intrusive mask (not being a full mask). Less lines on my face, can take a drink o...

n30i vs f30i
Hi, I've been using the f30i for a few months really without much trouble and lately trying to give the n30i(w/quiet air vent) a go and having issues with exhalation. I do have a heated hose and set to auto. EPR of 3. pressures I tried at 6-12. Just can't get use to the n30i. Any pointers appreciated.
