Hey everyone

Hi,

Been a while, but I have this so-called hypoglossal nerve stimulator, and it works great most of the time. When it doesn't work, i.e. I turn it off in my sleep, I feel the effects of not using it for a full 3 days (headaches/irritbility). So I guess that is how I know it actually works.

To recap...I've been through it all...
CPAP
UPPP
CPAP
APAP
MMA/GA
APAP
Oral Appliance (for 1 day forget that!)
APAP
Sinus Surgery/turbinate reduction
APAP
HNS

Just think how much easier making XPAP work would have been if it had been the first and last solution, which it was. Jim

I wonder how many insurance companies lost their shorts on that one . . .

None, it was the insurance customer that lost them! Jim

Honestly? if some rapacious insurance CEO had to do without gold plating on one of his lavatory faucets in his new yacht, I'm glad. :D
