Anyone else having trouble with Dream Mapper?

Post by nosleepmedic » Tue Feb 23, 2016 1:00 pm

I am a newbie to this site but wanted to know if anyone is having trouble with Dream Mapper or is it just me? I would like to start using Sleepyhead, but currently is doesn't support Dreamstation so this is all I have to evaluate my nights (except for how I feel the next day of course). Since Feb. 19th I have been unable to Bluetooth information from my machine to my Iphone. Just wanted to see if anyone else is having this problem.

Probably not too many here that use Dreammapper. I'm sending you a PM.

My lady friend has the Dreamstation and has the same problem. I would welcome any help. I have not had success with Encore Pro and am hopeful that Sleepyhead will soon be compatible.

I have Dream Mapper on my desktop and use the SD card to upload. No problems there.

I mostly use Sleepyhead, but sometimes I just don't want so much data.

I'm using Dream Mapper with Bluetooth.

Being you said starting Feb 19, I assume it was working before.

Make sure your iphone is on the internet when you launch Dream Mapper. Also, Bluetooth is on, on both the Dream Station and iPhone.

Sometimes you need to power-down and restart your phone, DreamStation, or both.

I have been using Dreammaper successfully up until 3 weeks ago when I done an update on my iPhone , now I have a similar problem. Bluetooth is connected but won’t download any info. No one seems to have an answer to this problem.

It's been a piece of junk so far - not working; I can't get into my account any longer.

For sometime I've been using DreamMapper on a daily basis via Bluetooth to my Samsung tablet. It gives be mask fit and a breakdown of AHI which is all I really need. Unless something appears to be going wrong I only download data to SleepyHead every month or so.
