Still having zero success. Is there any chance I am just not sleeping well? I am hoping maybe the OSA is causing me to wake up over and over. My results have been worse the last few nights. I am going to try raising the pressure I guess. Very frustrating. Please let me know if anyone has any advice. Thank you

Not sure what to do at this point. I am supposed to follow up with my doctor in a couple weeks.

At this point youu need a different machine you need to go back to your dr the machine you have is not treating you. That is obvious based on the number of ca events you need an ASV Machine as you have complex apnoea.

The events have not diminished in any way over the time you have used your machine.

But it’s very odd to me that I have had nights with a sub 5 ahi of centrals.

None of the ones you highlighted look like legit sleep centrals.

Sleep, it's not as easy as it looks...

How about trying turning the epr off tonight?

Yes, try turning EPR off and see what happens.

Don't increase the pressure.

80 to 90% of all the events I looked at on your reports appear to be awake/semi awake/ Sleep/wake/junk false positive flags.

I wonder whether your flow limitations are part of the reason you are sleeping badly. Suppose for a moment that the CA flags reflect SWJ rather than asleep centrals. Then something else would be causing all those little wake-ups. What do the experts think? Fragmentation caused by FLs?
