Due to metformin, I need to flush at least twice--sometimes the bowl brush is a MUST.
NO WAY that (censored) is staying around any longer than I can get rid of it.
Ample supply of soluble fiber helps reduce the frequency, but the met helps with glucose control.
It is much easier now that I use a CGM. I can test as often as I feel like. 18x yesterday.
Any food they blame for constipation--yeah, right; fairy tales.
