CPAP PRO
CPAP PRO
Does anyone have any experience with the CPAP PRO? I am recently diagnosed with sleep apnea and have only tried the mask one time. I didn't like it at all and did not even make it through the night. Any suggestions/ideas?
Re: CPAP PRO
I have not tried it, but it may not be the mask for you if you couldn't even make it through the night. What led you to try this particular mask?

I have not tried it yet. I keep getting ads on my computer for it.

Please add your equipment used now to your Profile.
Here's how. wiki/index.php/Registering_Equipment_in_User_Profile
Sorry no experience with this particular mask but it has been discussed a bit here on the forum. Search for "NoMask" I think it is also called.
Not a commonly used mask but if you google CPAPPro for suppliers and look for reviews you might find some.
I don't trust reviews all that much at manufacturer site... nomask.com..

Re: CPAP PRO
I used one for the first 1.5 years of being on CPAP; it was my first mask. It worked pretty well for me. It is a very expensive mask and the replacement parts costs are ridiculous. The mask has not been upgraded since it was initially designed.
I stopped using it and went to my current mask (Swift FX) when they changed the density of the tubing on the CPAP Pro mask. They will tell you they didn't, but I had several old tubes to compare to the new tubes. The new tubes were so stiff that the nasal puffs kept popping out of my nares and causing leaks. Oh, and the company has terrible customer service, at least in my experience.
FWIW,
Lisa
