For most folks, the MyAir app data has been populating gradually.
Yesterday, mine was mostly filled in, but still not complete. Now, as of today, it's 100%.
Give it another day or two, and check again. Likely, it will show up.

When I first got my cpap from the VA, I was made aware of the resmed my air website. I conscientiously checked my stats on the website after making an account. I did this daily upon awakening for 8 months. It wasn't until after that that I found out I could access the same data on the machine itself. Man did I feel dumb. Now I don't even go to my myair app. And it has had numerous problems when I was using it as well (it would not even load many times, just a black screen, even on different browsers). So I am glad that I don't need to depend on it any more for my nightly data. But I don't know how the VA gets my data...maybe from Resmed or maybe from their own wireless channel. they call me once a year and if I have used the cpap for a certain amount of hours per week, then they renew my annual supply of masks, water tub, hoses and air filters.
