myair app hasnt received data from machine airsense 11
Hi, just got my resmed airsense 11 autoset few days ago. connected to myair app and was recording data for 2 days. After that havent received data for 4 days in the app. message is " data not available. myair hasn't received data from your machine for some time."
steps i have taken.
Factory reset airsense 11 machine.
redownloaded myair app
ensured machine connected to app- connection successful
airplane mode is off on machine
getting 2 bar signal from machine
showing bluetooth connection on machine
still having issues getting data from machine.
Any ideas what else i can do?

According to a certain cpap youtube personality, theres an outage for the Myair app. I would recommend using OSCAR for data instead, its much more detailed!

ResMed is saying it will be resolved within a few days (we shall see). Also that any data that has not been transmitted will be once it is resolved. So at least we won't miss any data I guess

This has happened a few times with the Philips DreamMapper app that data may not be showing for several days to a week. The explanation I got from their tech support is that they may be doing updates to the database or upgrades to the host system. All the data does show up eventually. Probably something similar that Resmed is doing.

This is a known issue, but Resmed has not been helpful documenting it.
Your machine likely is transmitting the data without any issue. The problem is with a MyAir server upgrade that did not go as planned.
I went most of last week showing no data. Since Friday, most of the missing days are now showing, but the last night did not show most of the day, but now is partially updated. In my case I slept about 9 hours, but the app is currently showing a little over 3 hours. That will probably update tomorrow.
I visited my DME yesterday, who spoke with his Resmed rep to get that information.
OSCAR is certainly better and has much more detailed information to dial in your therapy. I improved my results a few years ago with the help of the folks on this board by posting my Oscar results. There is another app called SleepHQ that also provides detailed data. It's pretty easy to use, but the company supporting it has limitations on the free version.
My Air is only a snapshot of some key metrics. I use it mostly to see when my Airtouch foam mask is getting ready for replacement. (Higher leak levels in my case)
It's also a quick view of AHI over time to see if things are relatively stable. Again, OK for a quick look, but not a replacement for OSCAR to dial in your therapy.

My DME also checked with RESMED since I had only had my AS11 for a month ... only 2 bars but the older AS10 never had more than 2 bar either. DME said it was a RESMED issue. Now at 6/11/23 4:30PM CST, App has back filled all but Wed 6/7 and Sat 6/10. Message ..."Therapy data delayed. You data received ..." Well, No problem except that I have to take the SD card out to my laptop
. Wish there was a method to link the SD card to Bluetooth. Anyone know why the AS 11 has Bluetooth? Seems I should be able to see the data using blue tooth but no cannot.
