Resmed MyAir did not record time of use properly

Post by bobbywe » Thu Nov 30, 2017 9:45 pm

I have a Resmed Airsense 10. I track my use with the 'myair' program. I used my machine for over seven hours last night, but the program said I only used it for three. Anyone have the same issue? The program is usually correct, but this anomaly has happen four or five times.

I'll guess you tried to read results after noon, and that's the time (noon to noon) machines consider a day (or night) to be, so you have to read things prior to noon to get full results.

I have used the resmed10 for two years now, and regularly score 96+ per night. Approximately once a month it will not register the correct usage time. Feb 25th I scored 56. March 25th I scored 64. I read on this or another board that rebooting the machine at least every week helps. Being the OCD person I am I reboot every 3 days.

Doesn't help :(

Have you considered that the score might be correct and that you have a bad night occasionally? I don't believe the rebooting thing.

My bad nights are when I get a 96 score from mask on/off. I'm stumped, but I do not believe it's me, I'm very consistent in my use of it.

The time is generally from noon to noon, based on the time set on the machine. If you're averaging the correct number of hours and sleeping at reasonably consistent hours, you should show adequate usage on most days.

Yeah, double-check to make sure the time on the machine is set to the correct time. That's what I'd do, anyway.
