How interchangeable are the Philips Respironics Dreamwear masks (full face, nasal, pillow)

Post by Spot123 » Wed Mar 06, 2019 7:59 pm

In looking at the Dreamwear line on Cpap.com, it looks like the snap connection for the series is interchangeable. If I have the FFM, can I order just the cushion part of the nasal or pillow masks to try out? The straps on the back of the head look a little different too so the pressure points and "angle of the pull" looks like it might be a little different?? Has anyone trying swapping them out?
Thanks.

The headgear part of the cushion and the pillows is different but the frame is the same.

The same head gear is used for the nasal cushion and the nasal pillows. The full face mask takes a different head gear. I have seen head gear and cushions offered on eBay. The ones I just passed on to other people came from eBay.

Thanks all. Okie bipap's post is what gave me the idea -- I can use the same silicon frame from the FFM that I have with

this:

and one of these:

Has anyone ever tried a soft cap? Any benefits to these? I'm thinking it might save some of my hair.
