Nothing of great excitement on that report to point to why you might feel a need for a nap.

Do you wake often during the night?

Do you take any medications of any kind? If so, what?
I know. I thought it looked pretty good. I don't wake up often, at all, anymore. Sometimes once for a potty break. But, even that has decreased. I switched my Venlafaxine to the am. I thought maybe it was keeping me awake. Cut WAY back on caffeine. Usually none after 5-6 pm. I used to take a cup with me to bed at night! Not sure why I'm feeling so tired. I'll post last night and tonight's OSCAR later tomorrow. Thank you!

My first suspect for the need to nap would be the Venlafaxine.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_a ... enlafaxine
somnolence is a known side effect.....drowsiness or sleepiness ....strong desire for sleep.
SNRI drugs (of which it belongs to that class) are well known to mess with sleep architecture in general as well.
So it is logical that if the sleep architecture is messed with then we can also get sleep from less than optimal sleep quality.
Google SSRIs and/or SNRIs and sleep stages and read up on it. They mess with the sleep stages as well as can cause insomnia type of issues. Anything that can mess with the sleep stages will mess with how we feel the next day.

Why some days and not others? I don't know except maybe some days we just are busy enough to beat the drowsiness better. Some days it hits us harder than other days. Maybe related to how much good sleep we got the night before.

I used to take it a night. I thought I read somewhere that it keeps you awake. So I switched it to daytime. Maybe I'll go back to nights. Come to think about it, I made the switch almost 2 weeks ago and have been having trouble since then?! Also, can you describe what the flow limit is? I've noticed that mine looks really crazy for the past two nights. I've posted last night and the night before. Then a zoomed in one of the night before. I just wanted to clarify that the OA on there looks legit, right? Most of the others have what looks like arousals before them. Thanks!

That OA looks legit to my eyes.

The flow limitations do seem a bit "active" but you are in the for Her mode and it always makes mountains out of mole hills in that mode so I don't know that I would worry too much about it.
If you are having any nasal congestion that will sometimes make the Fl graph more active too.
I suppose you could try a little more minimum pressure if you want to see if it makes the FL graph a little prettier but I wouldn't do that based on just a couple of weird looking nights though.
It certainly isn't urgent I don't think.

Thank you! Trying to take my health into my own hands, so I wanted to be sure that it looked like a legit OA. As for the FL, not sure I'd want to increase it just to make it pretty! I feel pretty comfortable with the settings I'm on. As long as bumps on the FL aren't anything to reallly worry about, I'll stay where I am. Thanks, again!
