Unable to access Clinician Menu on DreamStation

I have a DreamStation, and I've clicked both the main & ramp buttons together for sometimes as long as 30 seconds, but to no avail. Also tried it several different ways (clicking them before any menu comes up, or during the menu, after rebooting it, etc..) and nothing comes up by "My" menu. Is there anything else I can try to do?

Ramp and control round button pressed at the same time should get you into the setup menu area.

Power on the machine.


Once it is powered on press and hold the ramp button and the Round Dial for 5 seconds, the Clinical menu will then be enabled

Thank you. I could have taken that video, as that was exactly what I was doing. But there seems to be something amiss with the ramp button - cause instead of just clicking it down with my index finger, I smashed that puppy down with my thumb!
