The VA sent me a N20 instead of a n10. The N20 is far more comfortable, but seems to leak like crazy and the air seems restricted. Feels like I can't breathe as well. When I exhale, it pushes a strong stream of air through the vent. I'm a side sleeper, so this makes my wife very unhappy when she gets an unwelcome blast of air in the face.
But the head gear is so much more comfortable. I want it to work so bad.

I just got my N20 and I like it for the results I am getting, but the leaks are large. I do
have to tape over the bridge of my nose to keep the air out of my eyes, but I don't like
having to tape my mouth....my cheeks puff up and I hear noises that wake me. But if I
don't tape, then my mouth wants to open.
I don't like the venting either,
but I do sleep alone and don't have to worry about the partner aspect...I do like
having my arm in a certain position and the exhaust hits it and I have to adjust.
Strange that my tech told me I wouldn't have any leaks, he was so adamant about it!!

Kiss her goodnight and turn the other way.
