Anyone ever used Second wind pap.com

Post by Hook69 » Fri Dec 04, 2020 6:21 pm

Has anyone here ever used secondwindcpap.com to sell a cpap? They seem to offer a fair price, but I’m just hoping they’re not a scam. If not, any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks

A few people have posted positively about SecondWindCPAP, I can't recall any negative comments. They have a good reputation and not considered a scam by prominent posters here.

Not a Scam...Reputable company that has been in business a long time. Many on this board have used them.

Thanks guys, I really appreciate it. Their offer was far more than I expected, so I just wanted to be sure.

They gave me a higher offer than I was expecting as well...unfortunately, they don't have a need for my machine right now and I'm on a two-week call-back to see if they need my machine then...or in the future. So far, I'm impressed with the professionalism I've encountered with them.

We used it for my husband's PR System One CPAP machine which the DME forced on us at a ridiculous price. We sold it to Secondwind at a loss (as was expected); but, then we were able to purchase a PR System One APAP from cpap.com. The customer service at Secondwind was great. I have no complaints on how the transaction was handled.

I have bought from them several times and sold to them once. Very good company to deal with.
