Whose video?
I think you have the wrong forum.
No one here has made a video about that product so I don't know who you expect to hear from.

Some opinions about the product can be found in past discussions.
viewtopic/t185849/SleepRes-VCom--Opinions.html
and there's another thread but I can't find it at the moment.

I believe OP is most likely referring to two youtube videos by Jason (LankyLefty)... which most likely led them here. Nicko did a recent video as well. Both of them speak favorably re v-com and it is now out of stock on the one site that sells them.

I bought a Vcom last week. I used it one night about a minute. I was suffocating with it on. I tried to return it, but they only refund unopened and unused.

Sounds like a scam to me... you should post that in one of jason's videos. :D

Did anyone actually read the return policy to see if it said that refunds were only for new and unused stuff?
How the hell is anyone supposed to determine if the product helps or not without at least trying it?

But if the return policy clearly states...new and unused...there is no recourse.

I didn't read about refunds until after I tried it. It does say 30 returns if not used and there is a restocking fee.

I think it's an excellent change for bad publicity!

Jason is now on my bad list after his pushing the v-com crap. Shame on him. He should know better. I will henceforth ignore him as someone not to be trusted. Hey, just me.

I just saw that video and the whole concept seemed sketchy to me. I mean, if it functions as he says it does, isn't it undoing the whole concept of apap? How would that even help? And it seems like it would confuse the machine's algorithms. Anyway, I came here because I knew I'd find the real scoop about it. The return policy just cements the impression. Obviously there are a lot of people having troubles with their therapy and ready to try something that promises to help.

You should post about your problem on this youtube thread: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SBUVyZv ... p092MTdpcT

And tell Jason to give you your money back, since he's shilling for it.

TY for saying what I was thinking but was too wishy-washy myself to say.
