I was diagnosed with treatment-induced central sleep apnea 5-6 years ago. I started with OSA and a CPAP machine but the treatment stopped working after 6 months, and so they re-diagnosed me.

I’ve been doing fine with the Resmed10 adaptive-servo-ventilation (ASV) machine but I’m sick of traveling with it. I want a smaller unit I can use for 3-10 days at a time.
Please let me know if there’s a solution. I can’t fine a travel ASV machine and I’m ready to get creative.
Stats off my Resmed 10 ASV (silver) machine:
Average 1.6 events per night
Pressure: 13.5
Exp pressure: 4.9
Vt: 500ml
RR:14
MV 7.1 L/min
TgMV 6.5 L/min
AHI:0.4
Total AI:0.1
I don’t know what these all mean but thinking I might be able to set up a Bipap with similar specs and see the results I get without the adaptive ventilation
