How to get data in OSCAR

Post by matty_boston » Sat Feb 08, 2025 9:19 am

Hi,

I am a new user. I have a Resmed Airsense 10 CPAP machine.

My machine did not come with an SD card. I was however able to download my data with myAir app to my computer. It is a bunch of .csv files.

I do have a blank SD card that I loaded these files on but can't seem to get the OSCAR software to read them.

From now on I will insert my SD card into the machine after today but was wondering if I can still view this past data.

Thanks!

Which model AirSense 10 machine??

It's important...
CPAP
AutoSet
AutoSet for Her

It affects the amount of detailed data available for the machine to write to the SD card.

Regardless .... the SD card MUST be in the machine during the night, when the machine is on, to get that detailed data (assuming you have a model machine that actually records detailed data) otherwise you only get summary data because the summary data is all that is stored on the machine to be written to the SD card.
No SD card in the machine during use means no detailed data. I had that happen a couple of nights ago because I forgot and left the SD card in my computer.

So....your insertion of a blank SD card into the machine only gave you the summary data.
After using the machine with the SD card in the machine you should have all those fancy graphs and detailed data the next day....assuming your model machine actually records detailed data because they don't all record those details and if they don't even record it then it can't go onto the SD card.

The AirSense 10 AutoSet and Autoset for Her are both full data capable machines.
The AirSense 10 CPAP model machine only has limited data.

....and there's no connection between the csv files you got from "my air" and the data OSCAR will get from the CPAP once the SD has been in it to record a full night.
