Nasal Gel

Hi - has anyone tired using moisturising nasal gel inside the nose before going to sleep to prevent drying of the mucosa?

I am looking for ways to minimise drying without using a humidifier - the less equipment I have to deal with the better.

Hi Paul,

I have used the AYR Nasal Saline Gel and I really like it. The smell is non offensive, or should I say lack of smell.

There are several nasal gel products on the market, my only experience with them is with AYR. It works, though I am not sure it will take the place of heated humdification. That is something for you to decide.
