Product Features:
Cleared by the FDA to help detect morning hypertension
ComFit Cuff is pre-formed for a quick and proper fit for both medium and large sized arms (fits arms 9" to 17")
2 user - 200 total memory with date and time stamp
Single Read Mode with Advanced Averaging takes individual readings and automatically displays the average of the last 3 readings taken within 10 minutes of each other
Simple, silent, 1-touch automatic operation

When I went for Nasal Surgery Pre-OP last week, the Anaethesiologist used a Braun Wrist Cuff BP Monitor to record a reading for the chart.
I am booked in for nasal surgery on Thursday,April 02/09 @ 2:00PM.
The model pictured above seemed to be the most accurate and popular for tracking blood pressure, which is something I would like to do as I move forward with CPAP use after surgery.
Oximeters have had more discussion as of late and I should like to hear the latest experiences with Blood Pressure Monitoring Devices.Thanks.

I use a good old aneroid BP cuff myself. I trust my ears, although you have to be more careful with those so they don't go out of alignment.

5aces keep us informed. I looked at this exact model yesterday, thinking about purchasing. Found it for under $80. I have the BiLink software and use it with my OMRON Pedometer. Pretty straight forward.

The original thread title has changed as of today becauseI purchased the Bios Diagnosics BD850 with Blood Pressure Analyzer Software by Microlife.

Why? Sears Canada, one of the few retailers that carried Omron, only had the 790IT available online for $169.99 Can.

Now this next part is really meaningful to Canuks(or U.S.cross-border shoppers). While at CanadianTire picking up some hardware,I thought to inquire about the Blood Pressure Monitors.
Surprisingly they had the Bios Diagnostics model BD850 on the shelf and on sale for $99.00(reg.$139.00)!
On closer inspection it is distributed by http://www.thermor-ins.com in nearby Newmarket,ON! Comes with a 'lifetime' warranty.
Clinically tested and recommended by the Canadian Hypertension Society, how could I go wrong.Comes with two cuff sizes.Great unit.
So here it is:

The 'other' Silent Killer---http://www.hypertension.ca/---check it out!

How do I specify the BIOS on the motorola droid for ROM'S? I know how to download roms to my droid, but whenever I download the ROM it always gives me a message saying "You must first specify the BIOS in the settings before you can play any games!" Can someone please give me a walkthrough on how to specify the BIOS starting from the beginning? Thanks.
