That link requires you be logged into your account as a "Clinician".
I.E., that download is for Doctors, DMEs, etc.

A mere mortal canNOT download the ResScan software from your link.

Apparently whatever you claimed to be is not verified by ResMed.

because I do buy resmed products

then I used my ebay saler name as company name

Check your PMs ....but I notice you show a Respironics PR S1 machine in your profile...ResScan is a ResMed machine software so unless you are getting a ResMed machine...Rescan will be useless to you but I sent you some information just in case you are getting a new ResMed machine.

Respironics machines use Encore (from Respironics) or you can use SleepyHead which works with both the ResMed S9 and the PR S1 machines..links in my signature for SleepyHead.
Need more information if you want Encore...see my PM to you about it.
