How To Reset Patient Data? Fisher & Paykel Icon Auto

Does anyone know how to reset the patient's sleep data from this device? I bought this refurbished.

I was reviewing my sleep data and noticed that there is about 3 months worth of data from the previous owner.

Thanks for the help. I was able to get into the clinical menu. But I don't see any option to delete the prior patients sleep data.

Anyone know how to do this?

I found this in a thread from a couple of years ago on this forum:

Reset Icon Auto+; Primo and others icon machines:
1. Go to the doctors menu: push center and clockwise turn dial 180 and then counterclockwise one click back by holding middle push button. the doctors menu will be open and you will see an additional dots on left side of dial. Choose menu # 2.
2. Turn dial to info dot. (looks like a step 5 o'clock on dial and push a center dial. Move one click from smily face to next dot clockwise and push dial again.
3. Dial left to find Auto or CPAP and push for 3-5 sec. until INFORMATION (560hours for exemple) starts flashing. Push center again to zeroed. All Info will be reset.

I'm not exactly in the right string but I'm somewhat close and this got me to where I think I'm looking for. I have a F&P Icon+ Auto. Last night was my third night to use it. I'm completely new to CPAP's (APAP?). Anyway, Ive spent hours going through this site and it's the best thing I've found on the subject. So, I wanted to find my sleep data and I think I've found it but not sure what all I'm looking at. I used this string you posted to find the doctors menu. (The owners manual is just a step above worthless). Since I'm new to this, and I'm having a hard time with it, I really want to see my data so I can make the necessary adjustments to make this work. Couple questions: What is the check figure for? My AHI says average for the last 30 days is 2.2, same for 7 days, and 0.7 for last night. I think that's good? My average use is 1.9 hr/n for 30 and 7 (with only 3 days in the math isn't there yet), and 2.8 hours last night. My goal is to go all night long but last night I didn't think I slept much (wife says she heard a little light snoring so I must have). So, frustration hit and I took it off. Anyway, So far i've gathered that I need to be looking at AHI and hours compliant (I don't care about the 4 hour minimum I just want to measure my success by how much I'm using it). By going to the doctors menu, I'm getting the right info?

Does anyone pull the memory card and send it in? The DME didn't exactly say its required, sounded more like a nice to have. Does it provide more info I might need? Should I be thinking about more than just time used and AHI? I've seen some people look at their O2 levels and I get why but is that overkill?

The solution of kaiasgram unfortunately does not work: anyone have a better idea ?

Go here and request the provider/clinical manual for the machine and see if the instructions are in there.

It might be worded "erase data" or something similar instead of "reset".

I am interested in the links just cant seem to get to them..i have just purchased a F&P Icon+ Premo and need to erase the data from prior owner can you help me or anyone else thanks
