I've been on CPAP therapy two weeks and slowly starting to feel better. I got some great recommendations when I asked for nasal masks for a small woman's face, can anyone recommend a full face mask that might work for a small woman?
Thanks to all the help I've gotten here I was able to make many adjustments to my therapy that have improved things immensely!

I use the Resmed Quattro FX. I have a small face and it seemed like the headgear was too big. To make it fit, the straps would go back so far that the velcro was in my hair, rather than on itself. I ended up ordering a small size of headgear (special order, does NOT come automatically, even on a small mask), and that made a huge difference for me. Solved my major leaks that I had fought with the first 6 weeks.SleepCatz wrote:I've been on CPAP therapy two weeks and slowly starting to feel better. Who would have thought it would be this challenging to sleep and breathe at the same time?

Swift FX nasal pillow and Swift FX nasal mask come in XS, if you order the "for Her" model.
