HELP Respironics EverFlo Q question

Post by Tangent » Mon Dec 14, 2015 1:44 am

I purchased a used Everflo Q machine with no manual and am wondering if the machine has OPI (oxygen percentage indicator). From what I understand it is a bonus feature that some models have and others don't. What would be the easiest way for me to determine whether the machine has OPI or not? Thank you. I've tried researching this but was unable to find the answer.

It would have an orange light on the front labeled OPI.

You are correct that OPI is an option that has to be specified when ordering.

On the EverFlo Q machine is a label just to the right of the oxygen outlet port at the upper right corner of the machine when looking at it from the front. This label says "Everflo Q" for the base machine and "Everflo Q OPI" for the one with the OPI indicator.

Here is an image of the base machine and label:

The OPI will be just to the right of the "Q"

I guess mine is not an Opi... Thank you though. Much appreciated...
