I picked one up to use when my nose is congested. It runs small. Seems to seal well but sometimes when my pressures fluctuate I can feel the mask rise and fall on my face - no air farts just a weird feeling that I will get used to. The gasket does not remove from the plastic face covering which means less edges to leak.

OK thanks Bons. I think I will try it out. I sure like my ResMed F10 full face mask. Maybe I will like the F20 even more.

Hi Charles,

I feel the F20 has a better seal but slightly more tight on the nose. The tech was explaining to me that at the bridge of the nose the F20 has more narrow lining to help prevent leaking from above which is what I experienced when I tried the F10. Overall it wasn't bad.

I almost loved it! It was quiet (quieter than F10), easy to seal, stable, I loved the magnetic closures.... unfortunately, and this is true of almost every mask for me, I could not get it to stop hurting my nose to the point where I couldn't wear it for more than a couple of hours, even with fleece and liquid gel padding (pressure sore dressing, Allevyn). For some reason Simplus has something different where it works with my nose and I can almost get away without extra fleece padding.

For me the sizing gauge was off (said I was an M) and I was a S just like I am in most other masks. I tried a M and the top was in my tear ducts.

Additional Comments: Use an iPad for everything so rarely download to Sleepyhead. Fixed pressure at 6 with 3 EPR, AHI around 1.

I found just the opposite with the sizing....I wear a M Quattro and measured a M with the F20...I wore it for 3 nights and found that it was too narrow and a little short. My DME ordered a Lg but they are currently on back order from Resmed.

It appears the F20 runs a little small too like the F10 does. All my previous mask thru the years were size medium. But when I switched the F10, I had to go with the large size for proper fit..
