Hello!
I have read a few requests for help about a leaking machine. I too have this problem. It is not the water tank as I have two. One to hook up to my Clean Sense and one to take when I travel without the cleaning machine. I took this machine on an airplane and had it in the overhead compartment. Now my machine leaks all the water out of the reservoir. It is dangerous as I had it on a table and there was an extension cord outlet by the now sitting water. It is not leaking from the reservoir. As I have checked the water fill line carefully, have checked the gasket, have switched out the reservoir tank that did not go with me on the trip. It appears to be leaking from under the machine itself.
Any other possibilities of where it is leaking from?
The dry air causes me to wake up with a really strange feeling from my head down my body. As if my whole body is numb.

Please tell me you didn't fly with water in the machine/tank?

Of course I did NOT fly with water in the reservoir.
Re: LeakingWater from Resmed CPAP Machine
There really are only two possibilities (that I can think of). It is either leaking through the gasket (less likely especially since you checked it) or there is a leak in the humidifier bin. The most likely spot is along the connection with the metal plate on the bottom. It usually shows up if you put very warm water into the bin and place it on a dry paper towel. Within a few minutes, you will have leakage and you can identify it. Can you repair the bin? Not sure. Aquarium cement might work, but I'm not sure that its tolerant of the heated plate. Someone else could have an idea, but it is always possible that BOTH your bins are malfunctioning the same way.

I'd call it poor design or poor construction, but as they seem to be the most likes cpap machines here, the people don't care what they buy, or are given to use, as long as it's a Resmed.
