How do you retrieve data from DeVilbiss Intellipap?

Post by Janos » Sat Jun 16, 2018 12:33 pm

I just got a DeVilbiss Intellipap (DV54 autoadjust series) and I can't figure out how to access the data. I don't see an SD card, or even a slot for an SD card.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Did you get the module with it, or just the basic machine?

If you have the module you can access much more data (vs just using the screen codes entered into the box on Cpap.com) but I suggest you go to the product pg(s) on Cpap.com for more info as I only use the basic stuff as my info's always stable and within a couple of cms. I also suggest you change your profile info to reflect your new(?) machine's humidifier as your old listing's not compatible.

I'm not sure about your machine but you can go here and request the Clinical Manual. https://www.apneaboard.com/adjust-cpap- ... tup-manual
Scroll down to Section Three and follow their instructions for them to email you a copy.

Thanks everyone. No, I didn't realize you needed an attachment to be able to retrieve data. I guess I'll order it. Just to be clear, there's no way to access the data on the machine without buying the "SmartLink Therapy Management Module"?

You can get some of the overall summary data available by using the codes.
To get any detailed data you will need the module, SD card and software.

The code data might be sufficient for your needs.
Go to this page
https://www.cpap.com/productpage/devilb ... chine.html

and read the very first part under "Track your therapy" as it explains what it is and there's a link to where you plug in the codes and get the summary data.
The summary data will be numbers only...no detailed nightly reports like you can get with the software but this might be enough for you.
There is a sample report available so you can see what you get with using the codes.

I didn't know about the smart code. I'll try it for a few days to see if it's sufficient and, if not, I'll get the module. I think I have all the info I need now. Thanks everyone!

When using my Intellipap, I was unable to get the code to work about 10% of the time.
Not awesome. Since mine was for travel/emergencies, I wonder why I bothered getting the module.

Even with the module, the software does not report detailed waveforms.
If you need details or Sleepyhead support, get another machine.
