FLASHING Snowflake Icon ❄️

Post by Xrayvision » Thu Jul 05, 2018 9:42 am

HELP! over the past three days I have noticed a flashing icon resembling a snowflake on my ResMed AirSense10 unit. I have consulted the manual but cannot find out what it is. I’ve also searched online and still no explanation. I do not have access to manufacturer technical support. The unit seems to be functioning properly for now but the flashing icon is worrisome to me. Thank you for any suggestions that you can offer.

Here is the Clinical Manual for your machine.....At the bottom Page 3 it shows the snowflake.

The snowflake just indicates the machine is in cool-down mode after you have shut it off. It fully turns off after 5 minutes, I believe. Your DME should have mentioned that.

Don't feel bad, it took me a couple of days to figure that out too, and it bugged me until I did.

Maybe a problem with either the heated humidifier or the Climateline hose.
See the dealer.
Oopsy!
Removing bad guess . . .
