Will a portable jump starter battery/compressor power a CPAP unit overnight?

I have decided to buy one of those compact liithium batteries for use in my car while urban camping with no power source, like:

I know people here like AGM batteries, and for good reason, but the bottom line is I need to have something portable with me that I can bring into a library or Starbucks or whatever to charge within 4 hours or so. I can't be dragging or wheeling an AGM battery there along with a battery charger. I would be making a spectacle of myself. It's too big, like a car battery, and needs a separate charger and all kinds of attachments. And I may not drive enough to charge the AGM. I can't do solar for various reasons.

But before I purchase this, can I just simply buy a cheaper jump starter battery/compressor, like this:

Along with the attachments to connect it to a Philips Dreamstation APAP or ResMed Bilevel APAP? Will that work? That is small enough to bring in a place to charge while I work on my laptop.

Guess what - the charger you show has in it a 19 amp-hour AGM battery and a charger, compressor, and inverter. My issue with this style of device is more things to break (and their track record is not very good). You could get a bigger battery and better charger for about the same money, and put it in a battery box. But, if this is a more appropriate package for your situation, go for it. Definitely get the 12v cord for your pump, and don't thing of using the humidifier heater of heated hose.

one more thing - I just noticed you're getting a Bipap. I'm guessing the new ResMed Aircurve uses twice as much power as the older Respironics. Get the ResMed 12 volt converter ($85). Your jump starter will still work but probably only one night.

Thanks CapnLoki! I agree. That style of battery is unreliable. They have never been able to jump start a car for me when I needed it, even if fully charged. I also need at least 35 AH. The probelm is with a real AGM battery and case, it is twice the size of a portable jump starter, and there is also a battery chaerger and adapters you need to haul in. So too big to bring with me into a store or library with my laptop.

But maybe I will get both and try to see what I can do. I don't know.

Thank you also for the advice about the voltage converter in your other post.
