I'm looking for recommendations on two things:
1: Fanny pack for carrying oxygen cylinder around
2: Portable oxygen concentrator
Currently I have to carry oxygen bottles in a cheap case with a hand strap / shoulder strap which is uncomfortable -- at best. At home I have green hoses strung all over the house and I switch hoses depending on where I'm going. I keep the big ass concentrator in the computer room which is in the center of the smallish house.
It's a pains switching hoses because I often forget to do it and then have to go back if I remember. IF...
I think I would be better off wearing a portable concentrator all the time. But a back pack gets in the way when you sit down so I'm lookiing for something I can swing around in front below my Santa Clause belly so I can sit and drive or watch TB or play on the computer comfortably.
Seems there are thousands of them out there but prices are all over the place.
Considering that price is not a big object, which items would your folks who are using these types of things recommend?
PS I would like a portable concentrator that goes up to 5 so I don't have to buy another one when I need a higher level later.

The Philips Respironics SimplyGo will do a pulse flow setting of I believe 1-7, and continuous flow from .5-2LPM. The Respironics Everflo-Q is probably the top notch concentrator for the home. To boot it's also really quiet in comparison to others.
Do note that any POC, or plug in one for the home, is not medical grade oxygen like a canister, so 2 LPM pure oxygen cylinder is not quite the same as 2LPM from a concentrator. AKA just make sure that the machine you get can handle your prescribed flow with ease.
The continuous flow eats up the battery on a POC, but of course if you plug it in around the house/while sleeping it will do just fine. The PR POC is also smart enough that you can use it while on the pulse settings, and it will switch over to continuous flow if it does not detect a breath from you, to make sure oxygenation continues.
The POCs usually come with, or you can purchase as an accessory, a portable travel bag that will fit the device and allow for airflow/ventilation of the unit itself.
I'm not familiar with carry cases for actual cylinders/canisters, but I imagine you can find them on Amazon or any online oxygen/medical equipment store like directhomemedical, with reviews and pictures to boot.

Re: Oxygen users
Yes there are a ton of them on Amazon. I was hoping there were some folks on here that could give personal recommendations or advice on ones to avoid.
Thanks for the response.
